The AFJC Advisory Board was first created in December 2004.  At that time, the AFJC was just a vision, imported to Anaheim by Chief John Welter. 

This group of dedicated professionals is largely responsible for guiding the AFJC from concept to implementation. 

The Advisory Board continues to provide guidance for the daily operations of the AFJC.
